I’m glad you didn’t choke!! Sometimes it is hard to slow down when things taste so food though! I LOVE pot pie! It is the best comfort food and your crust looks awesome! I’m kinda the opposite and could eat any pie crust and love it!

I’m sad that you and pie crust have a sad relationship because it’s one of my favorite things. (For the record, my grandmother was a fantastic pie baker, and I credit my love of pie to her.) That being said, I loooooove that you used biscuit on top of this pot pie. What a lovely rendition… and it looks and sounds absolutely scrumptious! Veggie Pot Pie with Biscuit Crust for all!

YES! I am the same way about pie crust! I would always try to save some of the ice cream in my pie serving to help me eat the crust. It’s just not my favorite thing. I’m so glad you did a pot pie for the redux! I’ve been wanting a new recipe, and here it is! Great post, and thanks for sharing your feelings about pie crust. Other people just don’t get it, and I don’t get them. 😉

Hi Kelly, love veggie pot pies, I had one in a restaurant before that was amazing. This looks close to it.
