I have tried making chocolate desserts with spinach and I use my fair share in all kinds of smoothies, but I have never thought to make bread! What a great way to sneak in some veggies. I have to try this on my hubby! I am certain he would have no clue. 🙂 Especially with the PB&J! Yummy! And besides, the green is acceptable for March. 🙂
