I know a lot of people go into the new year looking for ways to eat healthier and get more veggies in their diet, but that’s a way I like to live all year long (Ehhh, well. I try!). I was stoked when Evolution Fresh contacted me about their Three Days to Green Movement — it’s about starting a healthy habit and trying a green juice.
I grabbed two bottles of Sweet Greens and Lemon and a bottle of Essential Greens with Lime at Starbucks. I reallllly wanted three bottles of the lemon, but apparently it was in high demand! I even stopped back a few days later and they had re-stocked and sold out all over again. Can’t even be mad, just glad everyone is thinking about getting their greens in. Each bottle contains a freaking POUND of green veggies and no extras. Like, seriously, no extras. Just the veggies, apple, and a lemon (the lime has veggies and lime). That’s how I make juice at home when I have the time, so I love the convenience of grabbing something with a perfect ingredient list.
Today is day 2 for me, and I’m loving drinking a juice alongside my breakfast. Pound of veggies? Boom. Done. Before I even get settled into my desk at work. This week has been extra, extra stressful, so I’m counting on this extra nutrition to give me a boost and help me get through the remaining 2 days. And because I’m starting out my day on a healthy note, it helps me stay motivated to turn down bad decision foods. Gotta keep up the good effort, right?
So grab a bottle, get your greens in, and enter to win some prizes (like a Jawbone Up24, Lululemon $125 giftcard, and Evolution Fresh swag) on Evolution Fresh’s website. You can also enter to win a $40 Evolution Fresh gift card plus a coupon using the Rafflecopter below. The gift card is good at multiple locations, but I cashed mine in at Starbucks — they have a great selection of juices in their cold case.
Evolution Fresh provided me a gift card to purchase juice as well as promotion items for the purpose of review, as well as items for a giveaway. All opinions are, of course, my own.

I like mix them in with ground beef.
I just bought the greens juice from Starbucks yesterday and used some in a smoothie this morning – 1 cup of the greens juice, 1 cup almond milk, 1 banana, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 2 tbsp. PB and ice! Made enough for two smoothies. I didn’t love the flavor of the juice on its own, but it rocked in the smoothie!
Sounds like a tasty smoothie! I have a couple bottles left — I’ll have to try it.
