Swiss cheese and corn dip is definitely a thing now and it looks delicious!! Cheese and corn and meant to be and you can’t go wrong with making something that tortilla chips can be dipped in! I could literally eat the entire pan of this in one sitting! Those pouches look so handy and would be perfect for camping or backpacking 🙂
