I have been totally intrigued by them too but haven’t eaten at a Taco Bell since my collage days. I can’t see that changing. Love that you made them on your own. This I would definitely try.

Well now I feel old. Only 8 years ago?!? Mine was 17 (GULP!) years ago. And now I’m sad. I need a waffle taco to make myself feel better. Yes, yes, that will surely help!

I actually just ate at Taco Bell for the very first time in my life a few weeks ago. My little one begged me to go on the last day of school. (why? I’m not sure!) But we went. I think I’m good. Don’t need to go back. I’m not too big on fast food anyhow … So I will gladly make a waffle taco at home! 🙂

You’re speaking my language with these breakfast waffle tacos, Kelly! I haven’t tried the Taco Bell rendition because it seems like a bad idea… but making them at home? BRILLIANT. Definitely adding this to my list of things to try soon!

Happy high school graduation to your sister! I hope it was a glorious time, and your family had a great time! It’s amazing how quickly time passes, huh? I graduated from high school ELEVEN years ago. Bonkers.
