These look fantastic! I love the rich texture of zucchini when it’s grilled -so satisfying! I need these immediately!!! Great alternative to a veggie burger. Great idea!!!

Next time I eat a veggie dog, I think I have to put chips on it now. That sounds kind of amazing, with diced onions and a thick layer of BBQ sauce. Thanks for the link — I’ll definitely try those out next time! I especially like that they’re sriracha chips, now they’ll add crunch AND spice, yummmmm.

When I was a kid, I loaded my hot dogs with lays potato chips. Now that I’m all growed up and won’t touch a hot dog with a 10-foot pole, this sando looks like such a wonderful replacement!!! The veggies, the crunch, priceless! Kiersten has a recipe for baked potato chips. I love it when food that I enjoy out inspires me to re-create something similar at home. This reminds me of the veggie sandwich at one of my favorite restaurants! Yum.

I’ve made successful homemade sweet potato chips. Probably because I added a mountain of salt to them after I was done frying them. Sandwich looks tasty! And you are brave for eating from the wild!
