This so made me giggle! Haha! Yes – story of my life! I had a huge dinner party a couple of nights ago, and I mean HUGE. Some of my friends weren’t yet aware of how big I actually banquet – they left feeling as if they would never, ever eat again. Even the guys. What use is lovingly made food which you can’t throw at people?!

I love the sound of the dressing in this pasta salad, and it’s so full of veggies that it’s healthy, too! This would be a perfect summer side dish!

In reply to Baby June. Glad I'm not the only one! I definitely channel my grandmother. I remember her walking to each person at family gatherings telling everyone to eat more and offering to fill their plates for them a 2nd (or 3rd or 4th) time haha.

I’m the same way! Sometimes I say I am like a grandmother, always telling other people to eat the food I’ve made. 🙂 The pasta salad looks great too!
