I’m the same as you…blog Mon, Wed, Fri, but with the holidays I’ve been a bit relaxed. Hey, it’s your blog and you can do whatever you want, even on random April week. 🙂
I love how you added orange flavor to a traditional chocolate chip cookie! Chocolate and orange are an awesome combo. 🙂

I have felt like taking a holiday from the blog too. I think it’s excusable this time of year!

First and foremost, NOPE. You’re not a lazy blogger. Like you, I try to post three days a week, and sometimes, especially closer to the holidays, it gets more challenging because life is NUTS. Ya know? We’ve gotta give ourselves a break, I figure, and if I don’t schedule out posts this time of year, I won’t be sharing anything because the day-to-day grind just gets so hectic.

Second, yUM. I mean, c’mon, Kelly. These sound awesome and like a great holiday treat… and then the combo of chocolate and orange is hard to beat. Definitely saving these for some future baking adventures because I’m a sucker for things like these. Thanks for sharing!
