I know the name is totally not SEO-friendly, but this dish is definitely weeknight-dinner-friendly — especially compared to it’s more authentic, time consuming counterpart. This quick meal still packs all the flavor of the moussaka you’d get at a Greek restaurant and can definitely satisfy a craving. Pair with a Greek salad and some pita bread to be in heaven.
